Only goods that are faulty will be replaced. Return freight charges, on the other hand, must be paid by the consumer. We will analyse the product upon delivery and replace it if it is proven to be really faulty. The buyer shall be held accountable for any tampering discovered with the goods. Guarantee: There is no guarantee on items from third-party vendors.
Cancellation and refund of returns: If there are any flaws, the purchaser must notify Artarium LLP within 7 days of receiving the item. A complete refund will be issued if the item is determined to be really faulty. If the goods are not damaged, a partial refund may be issued after freight expenses are deducted.
Return Request Will Not Be Entertained in Case:
- If a return request is submitted outside of the time range set. Price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories are all missing from the shipment you got.
- Misuse of the product has resulted in damage, or the product has malfunctioned and has resulted in incidental damage.
- In no case shall Artarium LLP, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
