We are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with any goods  you have purchased from us. Unless the order has non-repairable manufacturing  flaws, it will not be returned or canceled once it has been delivered from our warehouse.

 Product Damaged Or Defective:

  • If any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or is different from what you ordered, you must immediately lodge a complaint with The Artarium on its Customer care helpline at 011-40844669. You must also notify us soon once so that we can exercise our rights against the shipping agency if any exist. Hidden faults must be disclosed to us promptly upon discovery as you have 24 hours from the date these goods are delivered. The Artarium will not accept returned items that are returned without the required label or seal, or that have been altered from their original condition or are damaged if you elect to exercise your right to return purchased products.
  • If you find any obvious damage or serious damage to the box, then please refuse delivery of the item. If you open the box and realize that the item is damaged, please contact customer service.
  • Products that have been damaged while in use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • If the product was not received in good condition, we may repair or replace it under the above conditions; however, if we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we may begin another or offer an alternate product with mutual consent on the return of the old one. The product's replacement may be contingent on its availability.
  • If you return a product that was damaged or faulty when it was sent to you, we will reimburse the shipping expenses as well, if applicable.
  • If the order is placed on Cash On Delivery, then the shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  • In the event that an ordered product is damaged or missing an item in a category such as Decor, Home Furnishing, Divinity the customer must raise a Ticket on the same day that the goods are delivered. The Artarium Team will not accept any tickets or complaints once that time period has passed.

 Return it Through Courier Collection:

  • You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product to obtain a return or exchange (As per the policy mentioned above). We will arrange for the items to be collected by courier from the delivery address, and we will execute the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products in unused condition and in their original packing, along with the invoice, otherwise, no return/exchange or refund will be permitted.
  • If you're returning anything through courier, you'll be issued a docket number when you pick up the items, which you should keep for future reference.
  • You will not be entitled to any replacement or reimbursement of the sums already paid to The Artarium if the return does not confirm with The Artarium's return policy, and The Artarium maintains the right to withhold the monies already received.

 How Will You Be Refunded?

  • Once we get the goods in their original state/condition, we will provide a refund. The refund will be provided in the same manner that the payment was made. We will reimburse your credit card or net-banking account if you paid by credit card or net-banking. If you chose Cheque as your payment method, we will mail you a check. Only the billing address of the client making the payment will get a check.
  • Once we get the product(s) in good and original condition, the refund procedure will begin.
  • Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account, which is administered by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
